The Monoflo DIN-Master fully conforms to the pump standard DIN 24255 and covers all sizes nominated. For most sizes, the hydraulic performance exceeds the requirements of DIN24255.
All pumps are mounted on standardised bearing assemblies - Modules 25, 35 and 45, giving high parts interchangeability.
The DIN-Master range has been extended to include four models with 200mm & 250mm discharge, catering for flows up to 300 litres/sec. These sizes are mounted on a 4th standardised bearing assembly - Module 55.
DIN-Master offers users many advantages over equivalent pumps, because the range incorporates a number of features that improve reliability & performance, while simplifying maintenance and spare parts inventory.
PN16 rating suction & discharge raised-face flanges available in BS standard(4504-1969 Table 16/11) or DIN standard(2501/P1PN16).
PN25 rating available as option.
Incorporated with lifting eye to simplify removal of the entire rotating element including the bearing housing during maintenance.
The casing, manufactured in high-grade cast iron as standard, has vertical centerline discharge for automatic self-venting. Depending on requirements, casings in ductile iron or stainless steel(SS316) are also available as option.
'Safe Guards' are installed as a safety feature to prevent rotating shaft from human reach while in operation.
Upgraded "pump end" angular contact bearing design with regreaseable bearings, lip seals and water flinger to prevent ingress of dust and moisture. This significantly improves bearing life.
Machined in high quality 420 stainless steel material as standard. Also available in SS316 or duplex stainless steel as option.
The mounting feet is integrally casted to the casing. This allows the whole rotating element and the bearing pedestal to be 'back pullout' for maintenance, without having to disturb the pipework.
