Gen-X, the next generation in pumps, is a state-of-the-art line of end suction centrifugal pumps, which hydraulic wet-ends are entirely manufactured from stainless steel - AISI 304 or AISI 316.
Conformed to DIN24255 standards, Gen-X is one of superior quality and efficiency to meet today's sophisticated application requirements in the building services and general industry.
Gen-X is designed with with two versions - Model GX which motor is close-coupled to the pump hydraulics, with the impeller mounted on the extended shaft of the motor. In Model GXF, the standard IEC motor is coupled to the hydraulics via a stub-shaft and an intermediate adaptor. This facilitate immediate replacement of the motor should need arises, and allows user an option to use motor of their choice.
Gen-x is supplied with IP55 weatherproof rating, IEC standard, aluminium-finned frame, TEFC type electric motors. From 11kW, motors frame shall be of cast iron type.

Designed with centreline-discharged, ensuring maximum resistance to misalignment and distortion from pipe loads. The volute casing is designed as an integral part of the pump body.
All wetted parts are produced in high quality polished pressed stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and increased durability. The smooth uniform surface ensures optimum performance, maintaining high efficiency throughout pump life and lower power consumption, hence lowering operating cost. Depending on the medium to be handled, Gen-X offers two main variance of material of construction. The wetted hydraulic parts of Model GX is constructed in 304 stainless steel. For handling of more aggressive liquid, Model GXF offer SS316-grade construction.
The sturdy pump mounting foot is an integral part of the pump casing. This allows motor and the entire hydraulic assembly to be 'back pullout' (for maintenance & service) while the casing remains connected to the piping.

Temperature range of medium pumped, from - 15oC to 80oC. Higher temperature up to 110oC, with optional mechanical seals.
Nominal operating speed is 2,900 r.p.m. at 50Hz and 3,600 r.p.m. at 60Hz.
